So ladies here is the Friday update :-) -I will be out of town tomorrow through Wednesday, for hubbys work conference and when I get back I have a doc appointment and one with my couch to rest. We are now nearing 32 weeks and doing great! So in other words I will be mostly unavailable during the next week. Also, from this point forward I will have a weekly Ultra Sound and/or OB appointment weekly. Please keep this in mind when pm in the future as those days are exhausting and I dont always get back right away. Tagging/Pming Stacy will be the best option :-) -When I do get back I will be stocking my store with Seconds and End of bolt cuts and/or last Diaper cuts of LOTS of prints. Stacy and I spent hours yesterday measuring and organizing several laundry baskets of fabric. While I am gone my new team member (she is also a WAHM) will be setting up the listings and when we are ready I will send out a newsletter with the exact time and I will publish all cuts at once. -Septembers PUL is ordered and I am hoping it will be printed next week and be onto the laminator asap! Stacy and I have made some changes to how this round will be processed and cut once it gets here. Especially, due to the fact I will be nearly cooked or have a new baby to snuggle and not be any physical help so we are setting up the process now. The first being a Roll holder to make the rolls more managable. My hubby built it for me last weekend. For those that dont know when the fabric comes in it is on rolls and has about 100yds of PUL and weighs 50-60lbs. -Many changes are coming! Part of what has been keeping me so busy is setting up my own website. I dont have an official launch date yet but we are gearing up for it now and setting up shipping, listings, etc. Our goal is to have it up and running before baby comes as it will make it alot easier to run everything smoothly from one place as I have spent days of my life checking shipping weights and looking up zipcodes, invoicing, sending reminders for non payment as well as trying to keep up with stock since Etsy wont link Diaper Cuts and Yardage together. Pre-buys are still in the plans but will be ran through the website and a little differently to keep everything moving. I have a long list of prints I have picked for the future :-) I hope everyone has a lovely weekend. As soon as I hit the reminder button on all invoices for Sept Custom PUL that are now overdo (strikes may be in order if I dont have payment the next time I log in, the fabric is already ordered ladies!) Time to get back to packing!
