So last night I had the misfortune of stopping at Cooter Browns in Altamonte. First off the place reminded me of the movie Roadhouse, and not in a good way. If Patrick Swayze had come out and kicked a few people, that would have been an improvement or Peter Griffin for that matter. I now know where people who shop at Buckle go...to awful redneck overgrown mega chain dive bars (why would a chain purposefully make a bar like that?) with what is possibly the worst drink selection this side of the Appalachians. The mix of people was about the most obnoxious I have ever seen. Do these people live in Altamonte? Or did they bus them in from Apopka and whatever the hell is beyond that? Needless to say I had one Yuingling, quite possible the best beer in the place (sad to say) and left before I turned as ugly and poorly dressed as the rest of the clientele. To offset it, Adam and I went to Imperial, a much needed refresher where we enjoyed Frembuise and Delerium.
