So, last night I was talking to Christian for a little bit. He has yet to fully embrace the fact that he is the 1% that walked onto a Division 1 baseball team. He always tell me, Mom, its not official yet....Mom, Im not on the team yet....but its funny because a couple days ago he told me, Mom, its so strange to be on the group text with 21 other Division 1 baseball players....Clearly, my boy is very confused!! But when I was talking to him last night, I finally said.... Christian, did they give you a shirt or a hat of any kind? Being a Division 1 school, I think we all know what that means with the exchange of apparel! And his response was this.... Yes Mom, they gave me pants, shirts, shoes, catchers gears, etc!!! At that point I said, Bud, you are clearly on the team!! Stop trying to tell yourself any different And today....HE CATCHERS HIS FIRST BULLPEN for OSU at a prospects camp in Stillwater!!! AND I WILL BE THERE TO GET THE FIRST PIC!!!!
