So last night Louis and I were just sitting in the bed on our phones, watching tv, and tending to the baby. The clock said 2:30 and we just couldnt understand why we couldnt fall asleep. All of a sudden I heard this loud popping sound (I honestly thought it was Jordonn eating in the middle of the night) Louis gets up to see what the noise was and I started smelling smoke. The dryer was on fire!! Thankfully he was able to put the fire out before the fire spread. After that we both just feel asleep. I am so thankful to the Lord that we were awake to catch the fire in time. We could have lost everything in a matter of seconds ...but God. So if you see our clothes hanging over the back fence for a week or two you know why. ..lol But on a serious note make sure your priorities are in order. Material things mean nothing bc they could very easily be gone tomorrow. Matthew 6:19-21 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
