So last night after our little dare devil burned his fingers (thats all I will say about that lol). We iced, ran under cold water and soaked in pickle juice he was still crying. I used Step 2 of our Soothe regimen and what a difference. It took the stinging and redness away almost immediately. This is a before and after I did. Now that he is awake I will reapply, but his fingers arent bothering him at all :-)
