So last night my 3 year old woke up at 3am and said he had to go pee-pee- this is the 1st time which leads me to believe night time pull ups are finally coming to and end.... But the point of my story (lol) was that I realized when getting in back in bed it had been months- I think since July that I havent got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom at least 2-3 times throughout the night and have not had 1 severe IBS attack which used to happen once a month! Tmi? Well I am so excited because I sleeping soundly through the night and getting up restful and also my digestive system being at peace is a huge thing for me! And all because around the summer I added our Probiotic and Bio Cleanse from Plexus. Its funny I knew I was feel good but last night really realized how much! If you know anyone not sleeping soundly or with digestive issues well you know where to point them! I am Amazed everyday! Life is getting better and better!
