So last night my foot started swelling...dont know why or how....the previous night I was bitten by a mosquito but never thought it would result in a swollen foot....this morning at Herbalife club I could hardly walk, the foot is sore n swollen....people there were saying its Gout.....im finished....me gout....isnt it for old people? eish.....il visit my GP and get to the bottom of this...cant be gout.....but my eating habits that im working on at the moment were very bad in the past.....but please...not gout....
