So last week I THOUGHT it would be a good thing to get a pre paid Visa. That way I can pay my bill on line and not have as much pressure when my services get cancelled. It would make shit easier I thought. WRONG! I put 200 on it to pay my phone bill. I TRIED to call the company to give them the "money pack number" the I purchased, and was informed that "because I didnt meet the requirements for a prepaid visa" ( even tho I set up an account online already and used the card once for 200), they were unable to add the money to my card. Theyre sending me a refund check in 7-10 buisness days. WHO DOSNT QUALIFY FOR A PREPAID VISA CARD????????
