So, last week, we were informed that our health insurance premium was going to nearly double the first of the year! SAY WHAT?! We werent adding 10 more kids and no one has been sick.. In fact, we havent even used our insurance in like.. well..EVER! So, of course, being the frugal, Dave Ramseyian that I am, began a search for another provider since BCBS and the ACA seem to be on a mission to bankrupt Americans. I digress.. Nonetheless.. By sheer accident and by the power of referral (imagine that), not only did I save a BUNCH of money on my health insurance by switching to US Health, but I am no longer bound by the ACA or the govt AND I have much better coverage! If youre in the market, since it is, in fact, open enrollment, contact my new bestie, Doug Krull! He will take great care of you!!!
