So last year over the holiday months (November-December) I gained a lot of weight back. Mostly because I wasnt working & I was eating A LOT of holiday dinners & all the leftovers followed by zero activity. So in January I was back WAY up to 290 pounds. Since January Ive change my diet to a sugar & caffeine free diet, very little red meat, mostly poultry, CHEESE ( I love cheese aka Cow Candy), pastas, fruit & vegetables. The most important addition is that Im working now. My job is an active job, walking, picking heavy stuff up & putting them back down again, :p LoL Just this past 6 day work week (according to my pedometer) I walked 86.95 miles. HOLY CRAP!!! Having said all that I weighed myself this morning. Drum roll please...January: 290lbs. Today: 230lbs.
