So let me get this straight, Developer Brandon Barber has been sitting in jail because he couldnt follow his home detention and his bond was revolked after he was charged with over $200 Million in fraud but his attorney, Asa Hutchinson III (ASAs son) beleives letters of Barber in Church as a child should sway the judge into a more lienient sentence and now that prosecutor is asking for lieniency? WOW...lmfao. He didnt even have regard for the law letting him be on house arrest...are you serious? Barber has yet to be sentenced and has been behind bars at the Washington County jail since June, after U.S. Magistrate Judge Erin L. Setser found Barber had repeatedly violated terms of his home detention, which he had been under since his initial arrest.
