So, let me get this straight. In one executive order, a president has unilaterally announced he will NOT enforce our immigration laws in order to decree that 5-6 million criminals who ignored the immigration process, crossed our border surreptitiously to enter this country, and played our system to avoid deportation will now get a social security card, a work permit and not fear deportation....while 4-5 million people patiently enduring the immigration line to LEGALLY enter will now look in the mirror and call themselves chumps? This same president, who had his OWN party in control of BOTH houses of Congress his first TWO years in office and offered NOTHING to pass a comprehensive bill, now decrees that Congresses of split leadership took too long to act for four years, announcing his preemptive strike immediately AFTER the voters gave control both houses of Congress BACK to one party (not his own) so that a bill could NOW be passed? This is not compassion. It is blackmail of the highest order. Meanwhile, the border is still a sieve.
