So let me get this straight? Jub Jub is a case of culpable homicide, Visagie is a forgivable mistake, and OP is a murderer on the most tortured logic of DE? And, mind you, not a murderer of Reeva (because he was found innocent of that) but a murderer of the hypothetical intruder in his bedroom suite at 3 am. On the day another sporting icon was shot and killed in a botched home intrusion possibly because nobody in that house shot first. Because if they did, theyd likely be up on murder charges.
