So, what the blank could possibly go wrong?"- Dr. Barbara Bellar. I always liked this insightful and concise synopsis of what will surely go down in history as the most poorly conceived, even more poorly implemented and entirely political and agenda-driven concept ever written, left unread and hurried into law by one party in Congress.
