So, let me set the scene....I am once again preparing for a guest to arrive and need to brush out my hair. Well often with my hair this long it gets SUUUUPer tangled so I have a brush/comb/leave in detangler process I go through every time I want to get it straightened out. Part of said process is to flip my head over and brush it underneath as that is where a lot of the tangles reside. This all went according to plan and normal until I flipped my hair back not realizing that the length of my hair is now to the point where my low hanging ceiling fan in my room and my hair will make intimate contact when I do this. It grabbed my hair and I had to run in a hysterical circle while using one hand to try to lessen the pulling of my hair and yank it out of the fan mechanisms and my other hand to reach up and click the chain to off! I had no recourse in getting myself out of the situation with assistance from the current other inhabitants of the house as they were in their room which is for all intents and purposes soundproof in relationship to my master suite. Also the dog person having no height, nor opposable thumbs was of no help in the matter as he stood watching the entire scene play out with only a mild interest as it was simply eating into his 23 hours of sleep time. I also had no other recourse to get any assistance outside of myself in getting my hair dislodged from the fan for several reasons, no one could hear me scream, my phone was out of reach + I dont think the convo to fire and rescue 911 would have been one I could live with all topped off with the fact that all of this occurred while I was completely, 100%, certified naked....the fact that this is all occurring just minutes to the arrival of my guest is super exciting because it is the same one that saw me in what some of you will remember was the bloody mess in the bathroom when I had the horrific accident with the razor while speed shaving in which I was also naked and in that case standing in a pool of blood in what looked like a murder scene from Hostile + Scream + CSI. This is my life....I cant make this shit up.....
