So lets just say that I was trying to get a pet fostering program started for women who need to safely leave an abusive relationship and come to shelter... is there anyone who would be interested in opening up their homes and their hearts (temporarily) for animals who are in need of safety.. appx stay would be 3-6 weeks, you would not be compensated for the pets stay however in most cases they would come with their food and supplies (wherever possible!!!!) I am thinking it will mainly be dogs, cats and caged critters..
