So lets see if I have this straight... They are gonna tax our fuel more, which clearly nobody wants. And with that money, 25% goes to a high speed rail project that is expensive as all hell in a time when the state should be surviving on rice an beans, robs farmers of their land so they can squeeze this stupid thing in, and is something that nobody wants. Another 25% forces me to pay for new weather stripping for other peoples homes. And all the money goes under the control of the Air Resource Board, a government entity of non-elected officials that shouldnt exist in the first place. Am I the only one who sees how screwy this whole deal is?
