So lets talk about money. Earlier today I hesitated to post that I sold a significant amount of art today. I worried that others might think I was boasting or arrogant, that I might make some people feel like they werent as successful or maybe they would be envious or even worse not feel like they could connect with me. I decided to post it anyway because one of the biggest ways I have most been inspired in my life is by seeing what is possible in the lives of others who dare to dream, and I hope that I can inspire others to live their most awesome possible lives. Just a few minutes ago I asked Marco if he felt that my post naming $$ values might be offensive or alienating and he said, totally lovingly, that maybe it would have been better if I had just said I sold 7 paintings and not mentioned the figure. I walked over here to the computer to edit my post, to try and appease any perceived negative reaction, but then, sitting down, I realised that editing a post that was written with an intention of love and best possible outcomes would be falling way back on old patterns of not belonging and unworthiness. Truth is I want every single person that reads this to have total abundance in whatever areas of their lives they can conceive of, and really, just stop and think for a moment, if every artist and creative person on the planet could allow themselves to accept their own worthiness and bring in the money, where would we then send it, what incredible projects could we fund and how frickin awesome would this planet be? Personally we are involved with a fantastic creative school in an impoverished colonia in Tijuana that I am totally looking forward to funding more! Tell me what good stuff you would do if the money was flowing?
