So long story short, Im told that I must have bitten my lip at some point in my life hard enough to cause a salivary gland to close off permanently on the inside of my bottom lip. It created a bump which has been growing larger. Finally my dentist sent me to an oral surgeon who looked at it and said better to just take it out because there is a small risk that it can become cancerous.. So now with 4 stitches in my swollen bottom lip, its gone.
