So look-- this is not the MTV Movie Awards. Hustle Man Photoshop Awards are not chosen by likes or mass appeal. HuMPAs are instead chosen through a painstaking process similar to that used in the Nobel Prizes. Impervious to popular clamor, winners of the 2014 HuMPAs were chosen based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: artistry, relevance to modern social movements, the fact that I have to meet my girlfriend for dinner in 30 minutes, pathos, irony, use of kittens as humor, use of kittens as metaphor, historical context, and narrative arc. The HuMPAs Academy has selected 7 winners.
