So many Christ followers have made so many mistakes - myself included - in our attempts to sing, preach, write, and create ways to share the truth about Jesus. We have stumbled often because we are human. We have unintentionally hurt others because we let our zeal overpower of love. We have accidentally created division when unity was the goal. We human Christians have messed things up in many ways over the years. Its like how a parent, who just wants the absolute BEST for their child, sometimes makes mistakes in the process... Christians make mistakes in the process of sharing the most amazing news of all time because they are not perfect AND motivated by LOVE to share that story. If you are angry at Chris followers, I totally understand that - but dont let THAT be the thing that keeps you from following Christ. He never makes mistakes and always loves unconditionally. Jesus said, Look, I am the way and the truth and the life - dont let the accidental mistakes made by my humans followers mess that up for you. (yeah, okay, thats a paraphrase)
