As I said, you can say the words but if you dont understand the meaning, then theyre just empty words..and those words and sentiments are too valuable to this country and its people to become just empty words that really just mean nothing, when in actuality, it is the lifeblood of what made this country special. I wish this humble attitude towards the flag and the US could be taught in school today but now it seems that concerns for students feelings, instead of this countys traditions, are more important. Its out traditions that made this country unique. Faults...of course it has, episodes that we all wish never happened..of course, but by and large, the USA is good and its people are as well.
