So many people out here looking for a good and SOLID Plan B. I cant begin to count how many people I know who have multiple jobs because of how unstable, unpredictable, and how competitive the job market is. The irony of it all is that even though people seek multiple jobs & move from one average job to the next because of the instability of their job in the entire job market, they STILL remain convinced that finding yet Another job that may pay more and have more benefits is the solution... The point is, I dont even think that the problem is the jobs or the pay or the benefits...I think the problem is fulfillment at the workplace. Also, I dont think people NEED a solid Plan at all per se, I actually just think people Need a solid DREAM. A solid VISION for where they want to go and be and I believe that once that is created and properly fostered within the mind of an individual or an organization, the Planning will come naturally because the dream and vision will attract those with the same values and beliefs who are actually WILLING to pour themselves out to your cause, which, funny enough, is theirs as well. Listen...If youre actually reading this, I hope you understand youve got greatness within you. That you have a legend inside of you that can only be unleashed and brought to life by you. The question is, are YOU up to the challenge? Will you let fear cripple you from living your dreams?
