So many times in life or in a journey to setting and achieving goals we get o caught up in wanting to know all of the details before we even step forward. We study, watch, and learn but never apply or take steps forward. Its so important to have faith and believe that a result will follow the daily actions. When I personally set a goal, I set the goal and visualize achieving it every single day. I work daily at it and trust that God will make up for my short comings. If you are a pragmatic person, the idea that God will direct you in this way could make you shudder. He will be faithful to his end of the bargain. hell do the showing if you will do the going. You cant get so caught up in thinking too far ahead about where you will end up. You can only go where He tells you to go today. When you wake up the next morning, Hell show you where to go tomorrow. The day after that Hell show you where to go that day. And the day after that, and the next day, and the next day. If he told you the WHOLE thing at once it would probably FREAK you out. Hes trying to teach you to walk by faith. His greatest ambition is leading you into greater things, Isnt that that you would know what to do. Its that you would know who He is. Thats why the simple, uncomplicated word GO is not the Fathers plan to disorient you but His attempt to develop you. Its an imperative born out of compassion, not cruelty. This is Gods method of teaching us to draw near to him. And in that process, we receive so much more than just good instructions. We experience deeper intimacy with God himself.
