So, many times one of my bootcamp peeps will tell me I am killing them- of course we all know that is not tue, what they are doing with our guidance is prolonging their lives by getting and/or staying active. However today my so called friends Jenny Stevens and Lauren Rodriguez did literally try to kill me in the disguise of physical training. They demonstrated and proceeded to do a swim workout that nearly drowned me- ( basically you put a float near your feet so they are floating and not helping so you need to use your arms to get to the end of the pool and to keep your head out of water) try this with 1 and a half arms- nearly drowned!!! They will tell you that no one made me do it- that I could have stuck to my normal swim workout but we all know that I am hard wired to say, I can do it! And proceed to attempt it- that is what they were counting on. So.... I am glad I have this documented. Just kidding ( mostly) I love my friends- they are always supportive and get me to do my best!
