So mid September rolls around and the web site is not working the - TopicsExpress

So mid September rolls around and the web site is not working the way it needs to. Do they really expect a reasonable person to believe nobody did ANY testing on the site? Or that the president did not know there were issues? Why cant they just tell the truth. Just a statement like in spite of our best efforts there has been some unforeseen issues that make the mangers care web site unusable. Oh that would not be the truth either.
