So monday i experienced more severe abdominal pain. When the percocet i was prescribed wasnt doing the trick and my fever shot up to over 100 degrees i broke down and called the doctor. After explaining my symptoms she basically said, if i were you, Id come back to the e.r.. Well now its thursday afternoon. Ive been here for over 60 hours. After giving 6 blood samples, a lot of urine samples, a stool sample, and after they gave me a cat scan and a hell of a lot of antibiotics, the doctors still dont know whats wrong. I guess its bearable since they can control my pain relatively well. But theyre giving me lots of morphine, percocet, and dilaudid. It still sucks not knowing anything and trying to wait patiently for answers. It especially sucks because since theyre not sure of whats causing my symptoms, they have me on a strict no food no liquid diet. They want me to be completely clear or empty just in case they have to operate or test for something right away. So, needless to say, its been a very boring, long and painful week. Oh and after spending the vast majority of my time, lying on hospital beds these past few days, i find myself posting really long, rambling facebook messages. Lol
