So much misinformation. I wonder how many people freaking out over this particular app read the TOS of *any* app they have on their phone. I myself got nervous about all the hoopla, so I asked the smartest, most technically savvy person I know, and the person I trust more than any other human on earth (they happen to be the same person...). Jay says its fine. Maybe dont plot assassination attempts or terrorism plots on it, but otherwise, its safe enough.
