So much pain in both knees after that workout on Tuesday and has disturbed my sleep for the last 2 nights. The latest theory suggests that muscle pain after a workout -- known as delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS -- is the result of damage to the muscle cells during intense exercise. This causes inflammation, swelling and tenderness as the muscles repair themselves. Hope its calmed down by Saturday as Im off to London with Anna May for the LGBT Labour AGM.
