So my 85 yr old Granny fell a couple days ago and broke her hip :( My poor Granny was in the emergency dept at 7am and asked all day for someone to call her family, pretty basic request, they didnt call anyone until 9PM!!!! I wonder how this happened? Now she has been waiting days to have an emergency hip replacement, so everyday she wakes up she cant eat all day hoping to get surgery, then she gets to have something at night when they figure out she cant have the operation that day. Seems kinda cruel...
