So, my CS order states that the NCP is responsible for 100% medical, dental, vision expenses... Heres my question: How long does he have to pay me back before I start the battle? I was told by my lawyer to make copies of all receipts/documents, write up a quick invoice with my address listed and send certified mail (verify he got it) - but never said how long he typically has to take care of said debt. He is the type that cant have income withholding due to being a 1099 case and tried to have all support taken away due to my husbands income (I know it doesnt matter, but he still tried and is appealing it due to that)
