So, my Mom has recently, and still currently, decided to lose weight and get in better shape for my wedding in February. So far she has lost about 25 lbs. and I couldnt be more proud of her! Not only is it a nice gesture that she wants to look good at my wedding but more importantly her overall and long term health is going to be much better. That alone makes me ecstatic!! And aside from that she is really inspiring me to get my butt in gear and drop some pounds before the wedding as well. Ive been saying I was going to start dieting for a while now but always get sidetracked. If my 67 year old mother can do it, then I can do it too!! Thank you Mom, for the inspiration and motivation! ITS GO TIME!!
