So my Monday turned out to be soooooo screwed up today, though it didnt go all bad, because I got to see and visit with my daughter a little bit at work and spend a little time with a friend. But my phone started ringing about 5:30 for sub jobs, missed the first job so to speak. It rang again between 6:15 and 6:30 and I took that job which was at PHS however had to make some calls to get things straight as there was not enough time to get dressed and make it to Portland by 7:00 and board the bus to come back to Ionia for my students Heartlands class. Anyway I made arrangements with everyone so it was known that I was on the job but would have to meet my student in Ionia then drive back to Portland to finish out the day. Well it was a rushed morning to say the least but I got to IHS and in the Heartlands class only to have the other aide from Portland come tell me didnt you get your message, Mike is not here today great, so I went and spoke with someone else about this. Well the job had not been cancelled until much later after I spoke with Sue and she called Belding to see if they still needed a sub which by that time they did not because they had enough students absent they didnt need the extra aide. My day went from a 6 hour day to a 1 hour day to be paid. =( Havent felt real motivated to do a whole since, especially since I was planning on a 2 hour double Zumba class, which I really need right now, and that was cancelled also....=( Ok so I know everything happens for a reason but really why did I have to get up before the crack of dawn to do nothing????? Was there things I could have done later, yeah but again like I mentioned the whole motivation factor. I did go to MI Works and do some job checking while I was in town and before I was to meet a friend for lunch, and I did get some copies that I may or may not need for court on Friday, but at least they are done also right now. This probably wouldnt be so bad but anyone that knows me knows that technically I am not a morning person.....so very early this morning I got and lost work, it was cold, early, and a Monday and to go through such a confusing mess was not exactly in my plans quite like that....and this week was already shaping up to be a real piece of work as it is for what I do already know about.....hmmmm
