So my Sweetfrog has been open since October 26th 2013. I was told that the hopes for this store because of its location, and distance between other Yogurt shops would not do well, and was not expected to be well rated. News Flash you hired Angelo Stevens, I am not your normal operator. Customers are not Customers they are family, treating a company like a mom and pop store, where you know your customers names, their childrens names, what schools they go to. You dont get that at Wal-Mart, and you never will because they are too big and you arent important enough to them. You are to me, I care about your lives, what you struggle with, and you are important enough for me to listen and take the time to lean on when you need it. Business will come from the heart, not the wallet and no amount of marketing will change that. A company is only as good as the people that believe in and support the product it offers, My store offers more than just yogurt, we offer love, understanding, support and real character. When I am asked what makes us better than the other companies out there, the answer is simple, You do you make it better, you are the reason for me to exist as a store. So while there may be many choices out there to choose from in Alexandria for your Yogurts, remember what makes ours different, and better, because I surely do.
