So my ankle is much better. I can 100% walk normally now with occasional issues going down stairs. It seems that hiking up uneven slippery mountains and trekking through deep sand actually helped. Sunday I will play dodgeball, but likely very poorly since I cant really run or change directions. Moderate treadmill walking also starts this week to build strength. Why is it that I when I get injured its always stupid injuries that hurt a lot and they cant do anything for them? Let us not forget the rib incident of Hawaii 2013. I think my sternum STILL needs a little more time to (xiphoid) process that injury.
