So my client shout out of the week is for Adriana. She has been working with Angie Rose Health Coaching and Fit Marine for 12 weeks now. She opted for the Complete Body and Mind Makeover we were running over the summer. She has done an amazing job and is not done yet. Weight Loss: 35.6 pounds Total Inches: 14 1/4 These are just my measurements. Fit Marine does more! Adriana has done everything I have asked by changing her food and adding exercise. This is amazing!
