So my core strength is slowly diminishing and I cant quite hold planks as long as I use to before I found out I was pregnant due to my abs stretching little by little everyday. But that doesnt mean I quit, I just do what I can, listen to my body and modify when I need to. Pregnancy is not an excuse for me to quit my journey, its more a reason now❤ Keeping myself strong and healthy along this journey is my number one goal! Everyone starts somewhere, there are bumps in the road, LIFE happens but you can always jump back on track and continue where you left off. Its a new year, anything can happen so long as your determined enough to let it.
