So my dad and his business partner did this and I was intrigued. I thought it was a good Idea, what you have accomplished or done and what you want to do and who may know this about you. Here are 12 things you may not know about me : 1. I started a club in both High school and College (Cooking Club and Ice Sculpting Club). 2. I was in the Student council for both High school and College. 3. Was approached for a job offer by Cafe Soleil to switch kitchen lines from Water Street Oyster Bar at the age of 17. 4. Was on The Culinary Institute of Americas first NCAA Division III basketball team as a point guard. 5. Cooked with and under Many of the USs top Chefs - Paul Prudhomme, Bobby Flay, Jennifer Bushman, Tyler Florence and Charlie Trotter. 6. Graduated as the Captain of the Class at the Cy-fair Volunteer Fire Fighting Academy, one of the largest volunteer firefighting academys in the US (trained many by Marines). 7. Was apart of a team that won 1st place in the 2007 Houston Rodeo Best bites competition (out of over 60 vendors). 8. Cooked for and talked with Dom Capers (1st Texans Coach) and Roger Clemens (Baseball Pitcher). 9. Camera opd for Jerry Jeff Walker (My Favorite Country Singer). 10. Wanted to be chef at the age of 8, and have been one for over 15 years. 11. I want to own a Boat Charting company in the Caribbean one day. 12. When I graduate from my bachelors, I want to Scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef as a graduation present.
