So my ex husband who took my children to Queensland to keep them from testifying against him in Adelaide district court where he faced 2 counts of aggravated assault and 1 count for beating my self and my partner in front of our 4 children in December 2011, despite families s.a. agreeing with police they both clearly feared the father and both stated they did not want to go with him, especially as both of my sons had been living with us for almost 6 months after the father had brought them back to live with us. The father was curiously aquitted in September this year despite 6 witnesses, 3 police officers who heard the violent attack over the phone and forensic evidence against one man who had no defense except for lies. The court, and jury also told of threats made against me and my children, but not of his hundreds of pages of criminal history. Including his involvement with outlaw bikie gangs, and being caught with an underground hydroponic drug bunker with over a dozen Marijuana plants, and the seizure of illegal ammunition whilst on bail with was on yhe 6 oclock news. I have excepted the failings of the family court, families s.a. and now the district court further proving the law of the land is indeed an arse. But this takes the cake. I sent a text to the court appointed mobile number for my children to communicate on while in the fathers so called care, seeking the children be allowed to use it to speak with my mother and their older brother, 2 weeks ago. No reply, 3 years in a row. But today a distinctive knock on my door. The police. Bearing a restraining order and a date to appear in court to defend allegations Im yet to discover, yet Im sure will not be shocking. I have the text I sent, and previous attempts to connect with my, not so anymore, babies. Merry BLEEPING Christmas
