So, my experience with TimeWarner on getting Wireless at PacificoPower Systems as some of the members may know...has been FAR from professional and pleasant... LAST Tues, I placed my order w/ a gentlemen who could barely speak English, which frustrated me from the get go. He indicated to me that my gyms address was processing in his system as a Residential address, NOT a Business...so I told him No, you need to change it then to a business...10min later, he indicated to me that things were fixed and we finished the remainder of the call and set up my Account... The next day...whatya know? A Residential Installer came out and said, they had it labeled as a Residential and couldnt do the job since he isnt certified to work on Businesses SOOO, he then got me in contact with a gentlemen who then drove out to have me sign paperwork to have a set-up time the NEXT day(last Wed) for a guy to come set everything up since he 100% corrected my Account to a Business Account... No one showed up the next day...so by this time, Im pretty pissed off... I called him and informed him that no one came to set up my Wireless and I needed it ASAP since Im losing money without Internet... He told me he apologized and had to process the paperwork I signed and that NEXT week(this week), a guy would come out and get me all set up! Its now THURSDAY and I received a phone call yesterday from TimeWarners CustomerService asking if they could do anything better to have me NOT cancel my Account that SOMEHOW now was being canceled... I F**KING LOST IT!!! I told them that NO ONE has even yet to show up to INSTALL my service and that I havent called to cancel or CHANGE anything.... TODAY, I call CustomerService to question when the HELL someone will come install my SH!T... The lady informed me that the Josh guy who came out...had me sign paperwork ...and PROMISED things would be taken care of beginning of this week, has YET to even send in that SHEET I SIGNED to even BEGIN the process of setting up my motherf**king BuinessAccount, that THEN schedules a time for someone to come install services.... F**K YOU Time Warner Cable.....you suck ass and shouldnt even consider yourself high-speed when you have slow ass employees who are dumbasses #ChokeOnMyFist
