So, my late start class started last week and my students are supposed to introduce themselves on our discussion board and find something in common. A student said that WE had things in common, including photography (true), love for food from our heritage (true) and a love for the Lord (?). I am quite spiritual, although not a follower of a religion, but I cant even imagine for one moment what I posted on our discussion board that would have her identify me that way. I dont even say peace to my students, I say eat well, play fit. I do joke that in a past life I worked on horse breeding farm, because I did and that does seem like a different lifetime.
