So my mom is in Denver today for her surgery, due to complications from her surgery in 1981. The doctor who is doing the surgery has an incompetent office who have not only changed every single appointment but also screwed up her surgery time this AM! So the good news is that I have a nice new example for my customer service class on being careful to give the correct message to your customers the bad news is that she got to the hospital at 5 AM and did not need to be there until closer to 9 as her surgery is at 11 still! Grrrr! Hoping this does the trick and happy that it is outpatient so she will be back home tonight. So for those in healthcare, please treat your customers well! You may have my mama or myself to contend with one day! And prayers would be appreciated for all of us!
