So my oldest cat Cha Cha is having some issues. He is 15 1/2. He has 2 growths, one on his nose and one on his ear. Plus the vet says his teeth are very bad and could lead to health issues. Over the past few weeks he has been going back and forth to the vet for blood work, urinalysis etc. The growth on his nose has started to bleed. With much reluctance I have scheduled him for surgery. I once had a cat die from anesthesia so Im very worried about him due to his age. The vet will clean his teeth and remove the growth and send them the away for analysis. Im just worried about the anesthesia on an older cat. His blood work his for the most part ok. Any one have experience with this?
