So my opponent had a new smear commercial against me. As usual, he has again told lies and trumped worthless information in his desperate attempt to muddy the waters and win. First I do have jury trial experience. Far more than he had when elected in 2010. Second, he is right that I havent ran a law office. Patrick has a one person law office. I have ran construction jobs with the safety of over 400 men and women as my responsibility. Want to compare? Third, the regional jail. Patricks input on this matter was to file a lawsuit against the fiscal court. Not about the regional jail, but for a supposed violation of a Open Meetings Act. We as taxpayers spend close to $20,000 to an outside lawyer to defend a lawsuit filed by the attorney elected to REPRESENT the court!!! This lawsuit has been thrown out of TWO courts! This is just another desperate act by someone who realizes his own record for the past four years is not very good. Make the right choice November 4.
