So my rant this week is people wanting to ban halal food. Firstly because most people dont realise its more than just how animals are killed. Its not. There are various products that cant be included. Why exactly did you think lollies and drinks had halal certification? Secondly, are you vegetarian? If not the animals you eat are slaughter too. Thirdly, animals who are slaughtered with halal methods are 90% of the time stunned first, just like every other animal slaughtered using traditional methods. Do you know which animals are conscious when slaughtered? Kosher. No hate there though. Also, none of that money funds anything but sustaining that part of the food industry. But dont let facts stop your Islamaphobia.
