So my sources tell me its Suicide awareness day. I wish to show my support for the efforts. We just recently lost Robin Williams, and there are many other famous examples. If you or somebody you know has thoughts of suicide, please seek help. I know its a hard decision to make, but it is so important that it be done. Its also very easy to say that mental health treatment is not where it should be, its so misunderstood, even amongst professionals. I know the feeling of being helpless. I know what it feels like to think nobody loves you, and even the feeling of everybody hating you. No mental illness is easy to deal with, but you dont need to deal with it alone. I care about you, and even when it doesnt feel like it, others do also. Please, if you, or somebody you know is at risk, reach out, do something. Life is worth living, I want nothing more than to see people in a place where they agree with that. If you need somebody, Im here.
