So..my wife went to Target in Canton and while she was in the store shopping some driver hits her car in the parking lot. The driver (Stupid Idiot) decides to pull away from our car and park a few spots down and go into the store. After being in the store for awhile my wife was paged and the store manager and the Canton police were out side. Someone saw what happen and called the Police. The Police said if the driver would have report what happen no one would be responsible for the cost. But now its a mister-miner, points and a crime. I have to laugh at stupidity.
