So need some second opinions on this. If you tell your landlords maintenance person that there is mold growing in your office and they say they will look at it and then the person doesnt get back to you.......and then two weeks later you go into your office and the heater was left on full tilt, you are heat by a desert level of heat and every object in your office feels ready to ignite and the heater is burned out so badly that the controls wont turn it off and so you unplug the thing..... and then two weeks later you get an electric bill that is usually 25 bucks but this month has jumped up to $450- yes US Dollars...... How does one handle this? Other than moving out of course.... And asking your landlord to pay the electric bill as his employee incurred the expense.
