So, next question. As I said, Ive had MS since 1997. I was on Avonex for 2.5 years early on but stopped it for several reasons. I have moved around a lot but have been in rural NC foothills for 13 years and have been through 5 neurologists, none of them specializing in MS and none of them even mentioning being on a DMD. Now I see an MS specialist in Charlotte and she said I had to be on a DMD and she put me on copaxone which landed me in the ER after the 4th injection. So now she wants me either on Tysabari, Aubagio, or Plegridy. Theres 11 MS medications. I am either totally backwards in response to medications in general or I am the 1% who has reactions. I dont want to be on any of her suggestions. I really dont want to be on anything. They all seem to have horrible side effects and I just know I will get them. My psychiatrist today said my unusual bout of anxiety is from the Solu-Mederol they pushed through and IV at the hospital (along with 4 other meds) and the 5 days of prednisone I had to take when I left. He said it will take a full month to get out of my system. I dont want to go through that again. No steroids for me. And I now have $16,000 of Copaxone in my refrigerator that the neuro, Shared Solutions or pharmacy will take. Any advice????
