So nice to have a long weekend...I started new batches of milk kefir, water kefir and kombucha tea today, I am macerating cabbage to crock into sauerkraut, my Muscadine aka mustang grape 5 gallon wine batch smells heavenly and is fermenting nicely...my rescued Akbash puppies are off the bottle and consuming their puppyfood rice cereal pudding all on their own...I have a batch of fresh hulled butterbeans cooking to go with pulled pork later today. Ahhh, time at HOME for a change!!!!
